The Data Manager enables you to administrate all content, such as images, text, audios etc., as well as the course structure in a relational database. In this way the structure of the learning content can be modified to the users’ wishes. The new authoring software (authoring system) makes it possible to create an index for your course, reference pages and objects and by changing the original, change all referenced objects. The integrated Content Management System lets you search for your objects with a match-code (e.g. show all text that has the word “rhinoceros” or search for all images with a specific attribute etc.) This avoids problems with file management such as varying names or faulty copy-administration and keeps your system redundancy-free. The creation of drafts and new navigational objects is also possible with the Data Manager.
